Experience Youth Camp was founded in 1994. Our first camp consisted of about 50 staff, counselors, and students. Now, EYC has 450+ attendees in our week of camp. It has grown over the last 20 years to touch thousands of young people who come from all over Southeast Texas, and even from around the country. Our goal is to set aside one week each summer where young people can have an opportunity to experience God in a new and fresh way. We believe in engaging the whole person: body, soul, and spirit.
- The body: We want to make sure that the food is good and that they get enough sleep. The week is packed full of activities and these two things are super important.
- The soul: We have exciting, fun-filled team competitions and games, and camp is a way for students to make lots of new friends.
- The spirit: We position young people in a worship environment in which the presence of God can come and change their lives forever.
It’s all about the experience. We thank God that we can play a part in equipping a generation to find their gifts and calling in life. EYC can be a life changing time for you and your students.
